When people apply for a job, and it is entered into the SimpleSend™ HR application, we are now assembling PDF files from the web form submissions, which will also contain the applicant's eSignatures. Because these are sensitive documents, they won't be sent via email, but they new PDFs will be stored with each Applicant's record. We had HR managers ask us to create a downloadable PDF application file, so that is what we are building. For applications already received, it will be possible to manually generate the PDFs from existing applicant form submissions. We should have this feature launched today or tomorrow.
