We will be replacing the Purechat that we have used for for the last 12 years with our own chat system next week. There may be a bug or two as we roll it out so we appreciate your patience. The new chat system is part of our SimpleSend messaging platform. The live chat system works along AI Chat as well, so AI that is trained on our website content, services, CMS, and more will answer questions when a live operator is not available. The new chat system is in beta and will be available with the AI chatbot for $50 per month to EvoGov customers.
