We're building a permits and licensing system that will live right inside your EvoGov website, connected to your code of ordinances and to SimpleAgendas. Residents will be able to apply for, pay for, and track permits and licenses on your own site, with your branding.

Here's what's planned:

• Online applications 24/7, with guided forms, uploads, e-signatures, status tracking, and an AI assistant that helps applicants.
• Ready-made templates for building, trades, zoning, special events, business licenses, dog licenses, rental registration, and more, all editable by your staff.
• Multi-department review, inspections from any phone or tablet (even offline), and code enforcement that connects to Simple311.
• Flexible fees, online payment, and automatic renewals.
• Your code, connected: publish your own codebook on your EvoGov site, or link to eCode360 or ICC model codes. When council adopts an ordinance in SimpleAgendas, a codebook update is ready for your clerk to review and publish.
• A searchable Ordinances and Resolutions library for the public.
• Accessible forms and pages to help you work toward WCAG 2.1 AA and ADA accessibility.

We'll release it only once it's full-featured and fully tested, and we want your input first.
