MY PROFILE FEATURE
We are deploying a new feature today that will allow individual users to update their own profiles and update their passwords as well. Individual users will be able to drag-and-drop their own bio photos to update that in the CMS as well without having to go to the media library.

LINKS IN SEARCH RESULTS
We updated our search engine today so that if you enter links into your menus for third-party websites, those links will now show up in search results. So if you use a third-party application for certain services, that will be included in search results at the bottom.

TWO WAY SMS TEXTING

Two-way texting features are rolling out and one of the necessary pieces of information that we need to generate new phone numbers for texting is your EIN number. This can now be added into the admin and doesn't incur any billing from Evogov currently, but we need the EIN just to be able to request the phone number from the phone company and have it assigned to your organization. So if you see that EIN number in your settings, that's what it's for. Will add help or text there as well to describe that in detail.

AI ANSWERS
The AI search engine on the dashboard is working, and as we train it, it will answer more and more questions for you. If it is not able to answer a question, we will email you the answer and use the answer to train it. So thank you for using that.
