Satellite Map View Launched Today

Satellite Map View

Maps now have a satellite view option, which helps create bookable facilities. This is beneficial as you can choose facilities (like a picnic pavillion) that don't have a street address, and then setup a booking calendar for that facility more easily using the satellite view to pinpoint the location on maps.

Streamlined Page Creation Feature Launched

When you now create a new web page, the first form simply asks for the name of the page and a "Next" button is displayed. Clicking "Next" creates the page, links it to all other page-related applications, then drops you right into the edit screen for the page. This saves a ton of time, as before creating the page would take you out to the page list, where you would have to hunt for your new page, which was frustrating. This new change will save a lot of time making new pages for everyone.

Booking Application Testing Underway

We are performing some testing on the new booking application, which is deployed to all customers. When you edit a map location (Place), you can enable booking for that location.

New Home Page Feature Panels

MANY new home page feature panels are coming, and they will make municipal home pages much more interactive.
We are planning to create a stable of dozens of these home page feature panels that will snap-in functionality into municipal websites in minutes.
Here is an example of a "Follow and Explore" panel that appears in websites with a mouse click:
